About
Dr.Lindsey Hegdahl
Lindsey has been practicing physical therapy since 2013. She initially started treating orthopedic and sports conditions and soon progressed to also treating pelvic floor conditions for women, men and children.
She loves helping patients put all the pieces of their injury or problem together to help lead them to full healing of any condition they are dealing with.
She uses a combination of exercise, dietary management, alignment (specifically Postural Restoration Technique) and manual treatment (including soft tissue mobilization, scar massage, cupping, fascia and visceral mobilization). If you are ready for a comprehensive healing approach that gets to the root of your problem and leads to long lasting relief, then this is the place for you. Lindsey will leave no stone unturned in your care.
Dr.Jensine Rose
Jensine is a licensed Physical Therapist since 2017 with experience in orthopedic, acute care, and pelvic floor physical therapy. She earned her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from George Fox University.
Her clinical background has built a strong foundation in breathing, core control, pressure management, and post-surgical recovery, which closely ties into pelvic floor health. She takes a holistic, hands-on approach to care that may include manual therapy, pelvic floor release, visceral manipulation, and myofascial decompression, along with education and mindful movement.
Jensine is a fitness-forward therapist who is passionate about treating the whole person and helping patients return to an active, confident, and carefree lifestyle. She believes that mindfulness, exercise, nutrition, and sleep are key components of healing and long-term health. She brings encouragement, positivity, and a sense of humor to every session.
Outside of work, Jensine enjoys hiking, working out at the gym, paddleboarding, skiing, and caring for her flock of chickens.
